It features a powerful 32‑bit processor, large flash program memory, integrated mixed digital/analog local I/O, CS31 RS‑485 fieldbus master, dual RS232 serial ports, SmartMedia card slot and optional onboard Ethernet. Powered by 24 VDC, DIN‑rail TS35 mounting, IP20 cabinet protection. It serves as CS31 bus master to drive distributed remote I/O slaves including 07AC91, 07DI92, 07DO92, and supports optional fieldbus expansion modules (Profibus‑DP, ARCNET, Ethernet).
