Product Description    

   Yokogawa AAI543-S50 is a 16-channel galvanically isolated analog output module from Yokogawa FIO series, compatible with CENTUM CS3000 and CENTUM VP distributed control systems. This module converts digital control signals from the DCS control station into standard 4–20mA DC analog current signals to drive field actuators, control valves, positioners and variable-speed regulators. Every channel features independent channel-to-backplane isolation with 1500VAC dielectric withstand capability, effectively eliminating ground loop interference and electromagnetic noise in industrial sites. It adopts high-precision 16-bit D/A conversion circuit with output accuracy up to ±0.1% FS, supporting maximum load resistance of 750Ω per output channel. The S50 version is non-HART analog-only model, while AAI543-H50 supports HART communication for intelligent valve positioners.
