Triconex 3604E is a digital output module suitable for industrial safety instrumented systems (SIS). 

It adopts a three-mode redundant (TMR) architecture and ensures the reliability of the output signal and the system's fault tolerance through a parallel processing and voting mechanism of three independent channels, meeting the SIL 3 safety standard. 

This module is typically equipped with 32 isolated digital output channels, supporting 24VDC output. The maximum drive current at each point is 1.7A, capable of withstanding short-term 7A surge currents. 

It can stably drive industrial actuating components such as solenoid valves and contactors, and the isolation voltage between channels reaches 1500VDC, demonstrating strong anti-interference capability.

The Triconex 3604E is equipped with a self-diagnostic function, which can monitor the module status in real time and issue timely alarms. 

It also supports hot plugging, facilitating online maintenance and replacement, and reducing system downtime. 

It is widely used in fields with extremely high safety requirements such as petrochemicals, power, and metallurgy. 

It is often used to control key equipment such as emergency shut-off valves and circuit breakers, providing reliable guarantees for the safety interlocking and stable operation of industrial production processes.
