Product Description
086345-504 with marking BA 41904 is ABB Bailey INFI90 DCS rack-mounted analog power supply board. This legacy card is dedicated to providing clean, regulated DC power for INFI90 analog input / output modules (AI/AO). It is a critical rack backplane accessory board, designed to supply stabilized power to 4-20mA, 0-10V analog signal loops, isolate noise and suppress transients. It is a discontinued original Bailey ABB spare part, widely used in power plants, chemical and petrochemical process DCS systems.

Common Issues & FAQ
- Analog signal drifting / unstable 4-20mA readings: Check board output voltage ripple; inspect aging filter capacitors; verify load current of all analog loops on the rack; check board for thermal degradation.
- Power fault LED illuminated: Measure input supply voltage to the board; check for shorted analog field wiring causing overcurrent; inspect for failed internal semiconductors or blown fuses on the board.
- Intermittent loss of analog measurements: Inspect backplane connector pins for oxidation; check board mounting; verify temperature inside control cabinet, overheating causes intermittent dropout.
- Refurbished / replacement unit note: After installation, verify output voltage and ripple amplitude, test all analog channel loops in the rack. Confirm compatible firmware and backplane revision with existing INFI90 system. Perform full signal loop test before returning DCS rack to online service.
