Product Description

The ProSoft MVI56E-LDM is an in-chassis Linux-based edge co-processor module designed for Rockwell ControlLogix rack systems. It provides an open Linux runtime environment for users to develop custom C/C++ applications, proprietary protocol drivers and IIoT data pipelines. It features dual independent Ethernet ports, two isolated RS232/422/485 serial ports and fanless industrial construction. It communicates with ControlLogix CPU via backplane API and supports MQTT, Sparkplug B, ThingWorx and custom ASCII protocols. This module is available as new surplus or fully tested refurbished spare parts for industrial IoT upgrade, legacy device integration and custom automation communication projects.
