INDRAMAT 109-525-1252A (RC8 Brake Resistor Interface Board) is a plug-in auxiliary PCB for Indramat TDM series servo drive racks. It manages braking resistor switching, regenerative energy dissipation and thermal/overcurrent protection for servo axes. When the motor decelerates, the board activates the braking resistor to absorb regenerative energy and prevent DC bus overvoltage. It also handles internal signal exchange between the drive main control board and power stage. This legacy card is stocked as fully-tested spare hardware for CNC machine servo drive maintenance and replacement.
