INDRAMAT 109-525-2237A-3 is a main servo control board for Rexroth Indramat TDM legacy servo drive racks. This DSP-based PCB executes three-loop closed-loop control (current, speed, position), receives CNC motion commands, processes encoder feedback signals and outputs IGBT gate drive pulses to the power stage. It handles motion interpolation, position regulation, fault monitoring and fieldbus communication for servo axes on CNC machine tools.
