PFVI401 3BSE018732R1 is an ABB high-power excitation power module (Excitation Unit) made in Sweden, core power component based on IGCT integrated gate commutated thyristor technology, matching ABB Symphony Plus / Advant / System 800xA DCS, widely used in synchronous generator excitation cabinets, medium voltage converters and heavy industrial drive control systems.
It integrates power switching circuit, excitation current closed-loop control, signal isolation and fieldbus communication interface, outputs adjustable DC excitation current to generator rotor winding, realizes automatic voltage regulation (AVR), reactive power adjustment and system fault protection, and supports Profibus/Modbus communication for upper computer data interaction.
