The F3DIO20/802 (F3 DIO 20/8 02, part number 982200484) is SIL3 certified safety mixed digital I/O remote module of HIMA HIMatrix safety system, specially designed for SILworX engineering software. It complies with IEC 61508, IEC 61511, EN ISO 13849-1 PL e / Category 4. This DIN rail mounted module provides 20 channels of 24VDC safety digital inputs and 8 channels of safety digital outputs. It has dual SafeEthernet ports with built-in switch for redundant safety network topology. It supports channel-level wire monitoring and EMC protection. This distributed slave I/O cannot run safety logic independently and communicates with HIMatrix safety CPU via SafeEthernet. It is approved for Ex Zone 2 hazardous area installation.
