The TK-3E Bentley probe extension cable preamplifier calibrator is a portable instrument used for static and dynamic calibration of the 3300XL eddy current probe cable preamplifier. Formerly known as TK3-2E.

The TK-3E Bentley probe Extension cable preamplifier calibrator is a portable instrument used for static and dynamic calibration of the Bentley eddy current sensor 3300XL probe cable preamplifier. Static verification is accomplished through an additional micrometer; Dynamic verification is accomplished through a special rotating inclined disc that simulates dynamic mechanical vibration. Due to the improvement of sensor functions over the years and stricter performance standards, this system is unable to provide the necessary accuracy for the calibration of sensor systems in accordance with API670 standards.

The TK-3E calibrator simulates the vibration and displacement of the shaft to calibrate the monitor. It verifies the working status of the monitor reading device and the status of the eddy current sensor system. A correct calibration system means precise readings and sensor inputs. A spindle-shaped micrometer is used to inspect the sensor system and calibrate the displacement monitor. The probe mounting connector provided together with TK-3E fixes the probe, while the measured target surface moves towards or away from the probe end in the calibrated increment. The output of the preamplifier is recorded by a voltmeter. The vibration monitor is calibrated using a motor-driven inclined disc. There is a rocker arm retainer on the disc to fix the eddy current probe. By adjusting the retainer and probe to the appropriate positions, the magnitude of mechanical vibration can reach the expected value. The mechanical vibration is measured by the dial micrometer in the calibration device. The readings of the vibration monitor can be compared with the known mechanical vibration signal output (i.e., the readings measured by a dial indicator). The mechanical vibration signals measured by TK-3E range from 50 to 254 μm peak-to-peak values.

The Bentley TK-3E eddy current sensor calibration instrument is a product of the American company bently. The input power supply is 220Vac. The vibration amplitude range is 50μm-254 μm. The range of the spindle-shaped micrometer is: 0-25.4mm, measured target surface and inclined disc: AISI4140 alloy steel, commonly used P/N models 177313-02-01 and 177313-02-02, can complete the calibration of Bentley 3300XL eddy current sensor, extension cable and Bentley preamplifier.



Product Description

The TK3 Proximity System Test Kit is a portable eddy current probe calibrator, often referred to as a "swing frequency signal generator".

It adopts a sturdy industrial-grade casing, effectively protecting the internal precision components. At the same time, it is lightweight and portable, making it convenient to use in different on-site environments.

This instrument simulates the vibration and displacement of the shaft and can perform static and dynamic calibration on the eddy current probe. Static verification is accomplished with the aid of an additional micrometer, while dynamic verification is achieved through a special rotating "inclined disc" that simulates dynamic mechanical vibration.

Equipped with a removable main shaft micrometer assembly, featuring a universal probe mounting base that can accommodate probes ranging from 5mm to 19mm in diameter, and a convenient magnetic base. The vibration monitor calibration uses a motor-driven swing plate. The swing arm assembly above fixes the probe, and its probe mounting seat is the same as that on the main shaft micrometer assembly.
