Product Description
The TRICONEX 3805H is a high-integrity Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) 8-channel analog output module, engineered by TRICONEX (Schneider Electric) for SIL 3 safety instrumented systems (SIS) in critical industrial environments. Supplied as a TMR set of 3 hot-swappable modules, it delivers precise 4–20 mA DC-coupled current outputs (with +6% overrange capability) to drive field actuators, control valves, and process instruments—enabling deterministic control in ESD, fire & gas (F&G), and process safety applications. Featuring 12-bit resolution, ±0.25% FSR accuracy (0–60°C), built-in loop diagnostics, and seamless integration with Tricon main/expansion chassis, it is ideal for oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, and power generation industries.
