TRICONEX 3805E is a three-mode redundant (TMR) analog output module, mainly used in industrial safety instrumented systems (SIS). 

It features 8 independent analog output channels, with an output type of 4-20mA current signal, a resolution of 12 bits, and an output accuracy better than 0.25%. 

This module adopts the TMR architecture and processes and votes on the output signals through three independent channels to ensure that the system can still operate normally in the event of a fault, meeting the SIL 3 safety integrity level requirements.

The TRICONEX 3805E supports DC coupling and features over-range protection, capable of withstanding a continuous voltage of + 42.5VDC. 

Its leg fault switching time is less than 10ms, enabling it to respond quickly to faults and perform switching. 

The module supports hot-swapping, facilitating online maintenance and replacement. It also features a self-diagnostic function that can monitor its own status in real time, providing a reliable guarantee for precise control in industrial automation processes. 

It is widely used in industries with extremely high safety requirements such as petrochemicals, power, and metallurgy
