Triconex 3625A is a 24VDC digital output module suitable for the industrial automation field, featuring 32-point output capability. 

It adopts a three-mode redundant (TMR) architecture to ensure high reliability and safety, and supports a voltage range of 16-32VDC. Each point has a maximum current of 1.7A and can withstand a surge current of 7A within 10ms. 

It features 1500VDC point isolation and a high isolation voltage of 2500VAC. It has fast response (less than 1 millisecmilliseconds), self-diagnosis and hot plugging functions, and can flexibly drive solenoid valves, electric valves and other equipment. 

It is widely applied in scenarios with extremely high safety requirements such as petrochemicals, power, and metallurgy, to achieve reliable control and safety interlocking of key processes.

Application field

Petrochemical industry: It is used for the control of hazardous processes in petrochemical production, such as petroleum refining and chemical production, 

and can drive solenoid valves, electric valves and other equipment to ensure the safety and stability of the production process.

Electric power industry: It is applicable to safety control in the processes of power generation, transmission and distribution, such as thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, hydropower stations, etc., 

and can control and protect the operating status of equipment such as generators and transformers.

In the metallurgical industry: It can be used in the metallurgical production processes such as steel smelting and non-ferrous metal smelting to control the safe operation of various equipment, achieve safety interlock functions, 

and prevent dangerous accidents from occurring.
