Product Description

Vibro-Meter 200-566-000-114 VM600 IOC4T I/O Interface Card

Product Brief Description

Vibro-Meter 200-566-000-114 is the IOC4T I/O card for Meggitt VM600 machinery protection system. It is a 4-channel input/output interface card, designed to interface with proximity probes, velocity sensors and speed pickups. It collects raw vibration and shaft position signals and transmits data to MPC4 protection processor card for calculation and protection judgement. It also has built-in relay outputs for local alarm/trip signals.

Features

  • 4 independent measurement channels, support eddy current probe, seismic velocity sensor and speed sensor
  • Built-in probe power supply, cable fault detection: short circuit, open circuit, low bias voltage
  • On-board 4 Form C relay outputs for local alarm or trip; can extend relays via RLC16 card
  • Communicate with MPC4 processor through VM600 backplane OC bus
  • Hot-swappable design, pluggable for ABE04X series racks
  • Front LED per-channel status indication for sensor, cable and signal health check
  • Configurable via VibroSight software, supports shaft vibration, axial position, speed monitoring

Application Scenarios

  • Gas turbine, steam turbine shaft vibration and thrust position monitoring
  • Centrifugal compressor, large generator, critical pump condition & protection monitoring
  • Oil & gas, power plant, refinery rotating machinery protection system
  • VM600 rack signal input expansion with MPC4 and RLC16 combination
  • Legacy VM600 system spare replacement and retrofit projects

FAQ

Q: What does 200-566-000-114 stand for?

A: 200-566-000 is IOC4T base part number; suffix 114 represents hardware revision, sensor type and coating configuration variant.

Q: What is the difference between IOC4T and IOC8T?

A: IOC4T is 4-channel I/O card; IOC8T is 8-channel version for more sensor points in one slot.

Q: Can IOC4T work with MPC4 and RLC16?

A: Yes. IOC4T acquires sensor signals, MPC4 runs protection logic, RLC16 provides extra relay dry contacts.

Q: What software is used to configure this card?

A: VibroSight software for channel setup, sensor type selection, alarm threshold and cable fault parameters.

Q: Is this card discontinued?

A: Classic IOC4T is legacy VM600 hardware. Spare supply mainly includes new surplus and fully tested refurbished units for maintenance.
