Product Brief Description
Vibro-Meter RLC16 (PN:200-570-000-112) is a 16-channel SPDT relay expansion card for Meggitt VM600 machinery protection system. It is installed on the rear side of ABE04X rack, working with MPC4 / AMC8 processing cards. It is used when the built-in relays on IOC4T/IOC8T are insufficient, outputting alarm and trip dry contacts to DCS, PLC, ESD and annunciator panels for turbine, compressor and generator protection interlock.
Features
- 16 independent Form C (SPDT) relay channels, each with NO, NC and COM screw terminal
- Hardware jumper select: Normally Energised (NE) or Normally De-Energised (NDE) for fail-safe trip logic
- Driven via VM600 backplane OC bus by MPC4 or AMC8 monitoring cards
- Hot-swappable design, can be replaced without shutting down the whole VM600 rack
- Relay contact rating: up to 10A @250VAC resistive load
- Front LED status indicator for each relay channel, easy for on-site fault checking
- 24VDC power supply from rack backplane; compatible with ABE040, ABE042, ABE056 chassis
