Product Brief Description
DEIF DU-2/MKIII is an operator display and control unit for DEIF Multi-Line 2 generator control system. It works with PPU, AGC, GPU controllers to realize genset monitoring, synchronisation, load sharing, protection parameter setting and alarm handling. Widely used for marine generator sets, onshore power plants and backup power systems.

Q: What is the difference between DU-2/MKIII and PPU-3?
A: DU-2/MKIII is HMI display panel, it cannot work independently; PPU-3 is the main protection and paralleling controller. DU-2/MKIII connects to PPU-3 via CAN bus for operation and display.
Q: Can DU-2/MKIII control generators alone?
A: No, it is only a man-machine interface. It must be matched with DEIF Multi-Line2 series controllers such as PPU, AGC.
