The Bently Nevada 3500/42M-01-00 is a 4-channel programmable proximitor and seismic monitor module for the 3500 machinery protection system. It accepts signals from proximity probes, velocity transducers and accelerometers, performs signal conditioning and real-time measurement. It supports flexible channel configuration for rotating machinery protection, compares measured values with user-defined alert and danger setpoints to trigger alarms and trip interlocks, and transmits machine data to the rack and System 1 condition monitoring platform.
