A: Tighten loose terminal block wiring screws; check broken or aged signal cables; clean oxide layers on wire and terminal metal contacts.
Q2: Analog measurement values drift and fluctuate severely during operation
A: Replace regular cables with shielded twisted-pair wires; separate analog signal wiring from high-power motor cables; increase digital filter parameters in control logic.
