Bently Nevada 3500/22M-01-01-00 Transient Data Interface Module (TDI, PN:138607-01)
Product Description
The Bently Nevada 3500/22M-01-01-00 is a Transient Data Interface (TDI) module for the 3500 machinery protection system. It integrates rack manager and high-speed transient data gateway functions, serving as the core communication interface between the 3500 rack and System 1 machinery condition monitoring software. It captures high-resolution vibration waveform, orbit and transient data, supports rack configuration, alarm management and time synchronization for rotating machinery supervision.

Features
- Combines rack interface and high-speed transient data acquisition for 3500 series TSI rack
- 10/100Mbps Ethernet port for System 1 connection, front USB port for local configuration
- Key-lock switch to prevent unauthorized parameter modification, rack reset button
- High-speed waveform buffer, supports vibration orbit, spectrum and transient event recording
- Hot-swappable inside the 3500 rack, backplane bus communication with all monitoring modules
- On-board self-diagnosis, LED indicators for power, communication, fault and rack status
- CE / CSA certified, suitable for power plant, petrochemical and offshore platform cabinets
- Power consumption approx 10.5W, compatible with all standard 3500 monitoring I/O cards
Application Scenarios
- Steam turbine, gas turbine, generator, compressor and pump supervisory instrumentation (TSI)
- Power plant, refinery, chemical plant and offshore platform rotating machinery protection system
- Condition monitoring, predictive maintenance and vibration analysis via System 1 software
- 3500 rack upgrade, spare parts replacement and machinery protection system retrofit
- Real-time transient event capture for trip root cause analysis of critical rotating equipment
FAQ
Q: What is the difference between 3500/22 and 3500/22M?
A: 3500/22M is the upgraded M version with larger data buffer and better transient capture performance than legacy 3500/22.
Q: What software does it connect to?
A: It is designed for Baker Hughes System 1 machinery condition monitoring platform.
Q: What does suffix -01-01-00 mean?
A: It defines Ethernet configuration, agency certification and standard factory option set for this TDI module.
Q: Is this module still in production?
A: The 3500/22M series is mature legacy TSI component; supply is mainly original surplus and fully tested refurbished spare parts.
