The FIREYE 85UVF1-1CEX is an integrated ultraviolet flame detector under the Phoenix 85UVF/IRF series of Fireye.

 Its core positioning is as a safety monitoring component for industrial combustion systems, featuring independent flame judgment and signal output capabilities. It adopts ultraviolet sensing technology. 

The standard model can accurately detect ultraviolet light with wavelengths of 295-340nm, 

while some versions extend to the visible light range of 310-500nm through K3 filtering technology, adapting to the flame spectral characteristics of different combustion scenarios. 

The equipment integrates internal flame relay (SPST-N.O.) and fault relay (SPST-N.C.), supports 24Vdc power supply, outputs 4-20mA analog signal (maximum load 750Ω) and contact signal (2A@30Vdc/230Vac), 

and achieves convenient wiring through 8-pin quick-release connectors. With a protection grade of IP66, it can operate stably in an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +65°C and an internal temperature range of the probe from -40°C to +82°C, 

making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.

This detector highlights automation and reliability in its functionality. It can automatically set the "presence/absence" threshold of the flame and automatically match the sensor gain without relying on remote amplifiers, 

significantly simplifying system configuration. It is equipped with both full self-diagnosis and electronic self-checking functions.

 It can provide real-time feedback on flame signal intensity, relay status and other information through LED display, enabling timely troubleshooting of equipment failures. 

Its typical applications cover scenarios such as pipeline burners, industrial gas burners, low NOx combustion systems, heating equipment in oil refineries, and waste gas incinerators. 

By precisely monitoring the flame state, it prevents potential safety hazards such as gas leakage and incomplete combustion, 

providing a key guarantee for the safe operation of combustion systems in industries such as petrochemicals, power, and waste treatment.
