The FIREYE 85UVF1-1QD is a UV flame scanner produced by Fireye Company and belongs to the Phoenix 85UVF/IRF series.

 It is applicable to scenarios such as pipeline burners, industrial gas burners, low NOx combustion systems, oil refineries and petrochemical processing, waste gas combustion and incineration, etc.

Technical parameters

Supply voltage: 24Vdc (+20%, -15%), supply current: 200mA.

Spectral response: The spectral response range of its standard model is 295-340 nanometers.

Output signal: The analog output is 4-20mA DC, connected to the 24Vdc common terminal, with a maximum connected load of 750 ohms. The flame relay is SPST (N.O.), with maximum values of 2A@30Vdc and 2A@230Vac (a resistive load is required).

Electrical connection: Connected via an 8-pin quick-disconnect connector (QD).

Operating temperature: -40°F to + 140°F (-40°C to + 60°C).

Functional features

Automatic threshold setting: It is equipped with an internal relay that can automatically set the ON/OFF (with fire/without fire) threshold value, which can cancel the remote amplifier or flame switch.

Precise detection: Detect the modulated amplitude generated by the target flame, that is, the flame flicker characteristics, to detect a wide frequency range. 

In the setting program, the amplitude of the target flame will be automatically stored together with the optimal ON/OFF value, and the corresponding suitable sensor gain will also be automatically selected.

Self-diagnosis: Equipped with full self-diagnosis and electronic self-check functions, it can ensure the reliability of equipment operation.

Easy installation: It adopts an 8-pin quick-disconnect connector, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.

Optional flame fault response time: The flame fault response time (FFRT) can be selected to meet the system requirements.
