The Woodward 9907-1106 CPC-II current-pressure converter is an electro-hydraulic pressure regulating valve controller used in the field of industrial automation, mainly applied in scenarios such as steam turbine valve control.

Power supply voltage: 18-32Vdc (24Vdc calibrated), minimum cable requirement: 1.0mm²/18AWG.

Power consumption: 25W steady-state, 90W transient (up to 2 seconds).

Setting signal: 4-20mA enters 200Ω, 70dBCMRR, normal mode voltage range: ±100V.

Redundant input or feedback signal: 4-20mA enters 200Ω, 70dBCMRR, normal mode voltage range: ±100V.

Analog output signal: 4-20mA, maximum external load 500Ω, accuracy ±0.5% full stroke.

Switch output: Configurable as normally on or normally off, 0.5A 24Vdc, maximum 32Vdc, 0.5A inductor, 28Vdc 0.2 henries.

Hydraulic specifications

Intake pressure: For the 25Bar type, the minimum is 1bar (14.5psi), and the maximum is 17.5bar (217.5psi). The 10-bar type has a minimum of 1bar (14.5psi) and a maximum of 7bar (101.5psi).

Output pressure: It is recommended that the maximum output pressure be less than 70% of the intake pressure to achieve the best dynamic response. The stability of the intake pressure must be within ±2% of the minimum control pressure.

Return oil tank pressure: the lower of the maximum 2Bar or 30% of the minimum output pressure.

Internal leakage: Maximum 1l/min (25Bar inlet oil pressure).

Flow capacity: It depends on the pressure difference between the oil inlet and the control oil port.

Recommended fluid cleanliness: It must be equipped with an external oil inlet filter element that can be replaced on-site, with a nominal size of 24-40μm. Fluid cleanliness of ISO 20/16 or above is more reliable.

Viscosity: 20 to 100 sith.
