Product Description
0190-08040 is a high voltage RF generator control PCB assembly for Applied Materials semiconductor plasma processing systems. It is a dedicated control board for RF power supply unit, responsible for power regulation, waveform monitoring, fault detection and communication between RF generator and chamber host controller for CVD or Etch process chambers.

Product Functions
- Receives digital setpoint commands from chamber controller to adjust RF output power, frequency and phase.
- Monitors real-time RF voltage, current and reflected power to protect generator and chamber hardware from reflected power damage.
