0100-71521 is a 6U VME Analog I/O PCB assembly manufactured by Applied Materials, compatible with AKT CVD5000 and Centura semiconductor platforms. It is a rack-mounted analog signal interface board responsible for collecting and outputting analog signals for vacuum process chamber monitoring and closed-loop control in plasma thin film processes.
