VC-215B Vibration Monitor Module
Product Description
The VC-215B is a rack-mounted vibration monitoring module designed for rotating machinery protection and condition monitoring. It features a conformal coated printed circuit board, built to withstand industrial cabinet environments with dust, humidity and mechanical vibration. This module accepts signals from proximity probes or velocity transducers to continuously measure casing and shaft vibration. It provides local status indication, relay alarm outputs and standard analog signal transmission for plant monitoring systems. Widely used in legacy machinery protection systems for critical rotating equipment.

- Acquire input signals from vibration velocity sensors and proximity probes for continuous vibration measurement
- Calculate vibration amplitude and velocity values for rotating equipment condition evaluation
