UNISAB 4214-001 Digital Control Board
Product Description
The UNISAB 4214-001 is a dedicated digital control board for heavy-duty industrial turbine and generator control systems. It adopts conformal coated PCB design to resist dust, humidity, shock and vibration in power plant cabinet environments. As a core control card of UNISAB series control platform, it collects field sensor signals and executes closed-loop regulation logic. This legacy control hardware has been phased out of original production. Available stock on the market mainly consists of surplus and refurbished spare boards for maintenance of existing power generation equipment.

Product Functions
- Real-time sampling of speed, pressure, temperature and analog measurement signals from turbine and generator sensors
- Execute speed control, load control and protection algorithms for steam or gas turbine units
- Generate control output signals for servo actuators to adjust fuel or steam valve position
- Implement safety interlock functions including overspeed, low oil pressure, over-temperature and emergency trip protection
- Store unit operating parameters, configuration data and fault event logs in onboard non-volatile memory
- Support digital communication with HMI, PLC and SCADA systems for status uploading and remote parameter setting
- Onboard self-diagnosis to detect circuit faults, signal disconnection and power supply anomalies with fault code output
