Product Description
51304532‑150, designated MC‑ILDX03, is a rack‑mounted long‑distance fiber optic I/O link extender designed for Honeywell TPS and Experion PKS HPMM DCS systems. It occupies two card slots in the controller and IOP file, converts electrical I/O‑link signals into optical signals, and supports a maximum transmission distance of 8 km. The printed circuit board adopts conformal coating, built‑in optical transceiver and hardware self‑diagnosis circuits. It provides galvanic isolation and strong electromagnetic interference suppression for long‑range communication between HPMM controllers and remote IOP racks in large‑scale distributed process control systems.
