GE IS215ACLEH1C Application Control Layer Module

IS215ACLEH1C is a Application Control Layer Module developed by GE. 

A microprocessor-based master controller known as an Application Control Layer Module (ACL) is used to perform multiple functions over communication networks such as EthernetTM and ISBus. 

The ACL fits into two half-slots in a standard Innovation Seriesô drive or EX2100 exciter board rack. The control cabinet houses the ACL and the board rack.

The ACL's P1 connector (4-row 128-pin) plugs into the Control Assembly Backplane Board in drive applications (CABP). 

The ACL in the EX2100 exciter is mounted in the Exciter Backplane (EBKP).

Maintenance method of GE IS215ACLEH1C

The daily maintenance of the DCS system is the foundation for the stable operation of GE IS215ACLEH1C. The main maintenance work includes: improving the DCS system management system; 

Ensure stable operation of air conditioning equipment, with room temperature changes less than ± 5 ℃/h, to avoid condensation on system equipment caused by rapid temperature and humidity changes; 

Try to avoid electromagnetic interference with the system, avoid operating stations, displays, etc. during movement, and avoid pulling or damaging equipment connection cables and communication cables; 

Pay attention to dust prevention, isolate the site from the control room reasonably, and clean it regularly to maintain cleanliness and prevent dust from having adverse effects on component operation 

and heat dissipation; It is strictly prohibited to use non genuine software and install software unrelated to the system; 

Make a backup of the control sub directory files and record system data such as PID parameters and regulator positive and negative effects for each control circuit; 

Check whether the control host, monitor, mouse, keyboard and other hardware are intact, and whether the real-time monitoring work is normal; Check the fault diagnosis screen for any fault prompts.
