Honeywell MC-PLAM02 51304362-150 Low Level Analog Mux Module (LLAMUX)
Product Description
The MC-PLAM02 (51304362-150) is a low-level analog multiplexer I/O module for Honeywell UCN DCS system. It is designed for low millivolt-level signal acquisition, mainly for thermocouple inputs. It has 32 input channels, performs cold junction compensation, signal filtering and multiplexing, and transmits converted data to the UCN controller. It is a legacy card widely used in power, chemical and refinery DCS cabinets as spare replacement part.

Features
- 32 channels low-level analog input, dedicated for thermocouple mV signals
- Built-in cold junction compensation (CJC), open circuit detection per channel
- UCN network communication, plug-in slot installation in Honeywell rack
- On-board signal filtering and noise suppression for weak thermal signals
- Status LED indicators for power, communication and channel fault alarms
- Supports multiple thermocouple types: J, K, E, T, R, S, B
- Hot-swap capable in powered rack without system shutdown
- 51304362-150 is the specific revision code of MC-PLAM02
Application Scenarios
- Thermal power plant boiler, furnace multi-point temperature monitoring
- Petrochemical, refinery and chemical process temperature measurement
- Honeywell UCN DCS system cabinet maintenance and spare parts replacement
- Heat treatment, kiln and incinerator distributed temperature collection
- Retrofit and upgrade of legacy Honeywell TDC3000 / UCN control systems
