IS200AEPAH1BKE is the full assembly revision of GE AEPA analog process I/O board under the Speedtronic Mark VI IS200 platform, suffix BKE represents hardware revision B, functional revision K, artwork revision E. It is a core multi-channel analog signal acquisition & conditioning board dedicated to gas/steam turbines and generator EX2100 excitation systems, responsible for collecting field 4–20mA, 0–10V analog signals from pressure, temperature, vibration, flow and LVDT valve position transmitters, with built-in high-precision A/D conversion, signal filtering and linearization algorithms. The board integrates 12 groups of auxiliary relay outputs for alarm interlock and threshold trip signals, supports simplex, dual redundant and TMR triple modular redundant architectures, and communicates with the main controller via high-speed redundant IONet backplane bus.
