Product Description
The ABB RF620 (3BHT100011R1) is a 10-slot extension backplane for ABB Advant Master AC110 / AC160 I/O extension subrack systems. It serves as the passive signal and power distribution base for I/O modules, supporting system expansion of basic control stations and I/O stations. It adopts high-reliability gold-plated connectors for stable signal transmission in process control environments. This legacy backplane is supplied as new surplus or fully tested refurbished spare parts for petrochemical, power and pulp & paper DCS cabinet retrofit and maintenance.

Product Functions
- Provide 10 mounting slots for Advant Master series I/O modules and interface cards
- Distribute system power and parallel bus signals for all modules on the subrack
- Cooperate with RC610 interface and TK612/TK615 cables to realize I/O rack expansion
- Support seamless data communication between the main station and extended I/O subrack
- Standard subrack mechanical structure for cabinet installation in control rooms
- Passive backplane design with low failure rate for long-term continuous process operation
Application Scenarios
- Petrochemical plant ABB Advant Master DCS process control and interlock systems
- Thermal power plant boiler and auxiliary control I/O expansion racks
- Oil & gas compressor station and pipeline monitoring control cabinets
- Pulp & paper, chemical continuous production automation control systems
- Spare replacement and repair of existing AC110 / AC160 I/O extension subrack assemblies
