Product Description

The Bently Nevada 3500/50M_SIL is a SIL-certified dual-channel tachometer and speed monitoring module for the 3500 machinery protection system. It accepts signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickup sensors to measure shaft rotational speed, acceleration and rotation direction. This SIL version meets functional safety requirements for safety instrumented loops, supports Keyphasor signal output for other monitoring cards, and is widely used in turbine overspeed early warning and protection racks. It is supplied as new surplus or fully tested refurbished spare parts for power, oil & gas and petrochemical plant safety monitoring retrofit.
