GE IS200TRLH1BGG Relay Terminal Board
Product Description
IS200TRLH1BGG is a relay termination board for GE Mark VI / Mark VIe Speedtronic turbine control system. It adopts conformal coated PCB design, acting as the interface between the I/O pack and field relay loads, solenoid valves, trip circuits and auxiliary equipment. It provides isolated relay switching, coil current monitoring and on-board surge protection, supporting simplex and TMR triple modular redundant configurations for power turbine safety control racks.

Product Functions
- Provide dry contact relay termination for trip, alarm and interlock logic signals
- Monitor relay coil current and solenoid drive voltage for fault diagnostics
- Built-in surge suppression, fuse and freewheeling protection circuits
- Isolate the main control circuit from field high-current loads
- Output switch commands to solenoid valves, auxiliary pumps and trip devices
- Work cooperatively with VCCC / VCRC I/O packs in redundant control racks
Applications
- Gas turbine and steam turbine emergency trip and protection loops
- Start-stop control of lube oil pumps, fans and auxiliary machinery
- Power plant combined-cycle unit Mark VIe control cabinet retrofit & spare parts
- Oil & gas turbomachinery interlock and safety shutdown systems
- Generator excitation and auxiliary control signal switching
