MPC-4 is the core machinery protection card for Meggitt Vibro-Meter VM600 rack-based machinery protection system. 200-510-071-113 is the full part number while 200-510-SSS-1HH represents standard firmware & hardware revision variant. This 6U VME front board works paired with rear IOC4T I/O card. It has 4 programmable dynamic signal inputs plus 2 tachometer speed channels, compatible with proximity probes, accelerometers and velocity transducers. It can measure shaft relative vibration, casing absolute vibration, thrust position, eccentricity and casing expansion. Powered by 18~36VDC, it complies with IEC61508 SIL2 and API670, with front panel BNC test ports and LED status indicators. It supports hot-swap replacement inside VM600 rack. This legacy module is discontinued; available stock are new surplus or fully tested refurbished spare parts for turbine and compressor protection rack replacement.
