200-530-025-014 CMC-16 is a high-performance condition monitoring card for the Meggitt Vibro-Meter VM600 machinery protection system. It is a 6U VME plug-in board equipped with on-board DSP for real-time vibration signal acquisition and analysis. The module has 16 dynamic signal channels for vibration and dynamic pressure measurement plus 4 tachometer speed inputs, 24-bit high precision sampling, supports synchronous / asynchronous sampling and high resolution FFT spectrum analysis. Powered by rack 18~36VDC, it complies with IEC61508 SIL2 and API670 standards, uses IOC4 bus to communicate with VM600 rack controller, paired with VibroSight software for configuration, data viewing and post-fault analysis.
