AMAT 0195-14157.RMA is a power distribution monitoring control board designed for Applied Materials semiconductor cluster tools. It distributes power to multiple chamber sub-components, continuously monitors real-time voltage and current parameters, and sends fault feedback signals to the main system controller. This board provides power interlock and overload protection to avoid component damage from power fluctuations during wafer fabrication.
