The 10310/3/1CC is an Earth Leakage Detector module for Honeywell FSC / Safety Manager SIS rack system. It is a hot-swappable rack card used to monitor DC earth leakage in safety instrumented system power circuits. This legacy safety module provides leakage current detection and alarm/trip output for 24VDC safety power supply loops, widely deployed in critical process safety systems.

Common Issues & Troubleshooting

• False leakage alarm: Check DC wiring insulation degradation, stray capacitance on long cables
