Product Description

Yokogawa ZR22G‑100‑S‑K‑C‑T‑T‑C‑A Zirconia Oxygen Detector Probe

Product Description

The ZR22G‑100‑S‑K‑C‑T‑T‑C‑A is a separate‑type in‑situ zirconia oxygen detector probe manufactured by Yokogawa. It forms a complete oxygen or high‑temperature humidity measuring system together with the ZR802G converter. This 1.0‑meter insertion stainless‑steel probe adopts a direct insertion installation method and does not require complex gas sampling pretreatment devices. The built‑in high‑stability zirconia sensor and replaceable heating assembly can continuously measure flue gas oxygen concentration up to 700°C. It features anti‑poisoning electrode coating, strong resistance to sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides in flue gas, and flange mounting structure suitable for boiler and furnace pipelines. It is widely used as spare analytical equipment for combustion optimization and environmental monitoring in thermal power, petrochemical and metallurgical industries.

Product Functions

  • Real‑time continuous in‑situ measurement of oxygen concentration in high‑temperature flue gas, and it can also realize high‑temperature humidity detection when matched with the converter
  • Built‑in heater and thermocouple to keep the zirconia cell at constant working temperature and ensure stable measuring electromotive force output
  • Transmit millivolt oxygen signal and temperature data to ZR802G converter for conversion into 4‑20mA analog or Modbus digital communication signal
  • Modular sensor and heater structure, allowing on‑site disassembly and replacement without removing the whole probe from the pipeline
  • Internal self‑diagnosis function to identify sensor aging, heater burnout and thermocouple breakage, and send fault alarm to the converter
  • Natural convection reference air design, no external reference gas pipeline required, simplifying field piping layout
  • Support long‑term continuous operation under dusty and corrosive flue gas conditions for combustion closed‑loop control

Application Scenarios

  • Oxygen monitoring and combustion efficiency optimization for coal‑fired, gas‑fired and oil‑fired boilers in thermal power plants
  • Flue gas analysis of heating furnaces, kilns and incinerators in steel, metallurgy and building material factories
  • Petrochemical reforming furnaces, cracking furnaces and process flue gas oxygen concentration detection
  • Waste incineration, biomass combustion and environmental emission monitoring projects
  • Drying equipment high‑temperature humidity measurement in food, pharmaceutical and textile production lines
  • Spare replacement and renovation of existing Yokogawa ZR22G series zirconia oxygen analysis systems

Common Problems

  • Measured oxygen value drifts slowly:dust and ash covering the sensor protective filter, electrode poisoning or gradual aging of the zirconia cell
  • Large fluctuation of oxygen reading:unstable heater temperature, thermocouple failure or air leakage at the flange installation position
  • Converter receives no measuring signal:broken internal signal wire, poor connector contact or damage of the zirconia element
  • Heater fault alarm:burn‑out of heating wire, loose heater terminal or long‑term ash accumulation causing poor heat dissipation
  • Slow response to oxygen change:blocked protective filter, serious ash deposition on the probe surface and gas diffusion obstruction
  • Intermittent abnormal readings:condensed water corrosion inside the probe, vibration‑induced wiring fatigue fracture
  • Calibration cannot pass:sensor performance degradation, reference air channel blocked or wrong calibration parameter setting on the converter
