The GE IS200WROBH1ABA is a WROB (Relay Power Sensing Board) designed for GE Mark VIe Speedtronic turbine control systems, specifically engineered to support PDIO (Power Distribution I/O) discrete modules in gas turbine and steam turbine control applications. As a critical relay power distribution and protection component, it integrates fused power distribution (12 x 3.15A fuses rated 500VAC/400VDC), real-time power sensing, and relay output protection to ensure reliable operation of turbine relay-based control circuits (fuel valve actuation, safety shutdown, and system interlocks). The board features conformal-coated PCB for environmental protection (moisture, dust, chemical resistance), 2.5kV AC isolation between power channels and control circuits, and compatibility with TDBS, SRLY, and TDBT terminal boards for flexible integration with Mark VIe PDIO modules. It supports 24V DC control power input, simplex/redundant/TMR redundancy modes, and seamless communication with Mark VIe controllers via backplane interface, providing diagnostic feedback for fuse integrity, power supply status, and relay output faults. Equipped with overcurrent/overvoltage protection and self-diagnostic functions, the IS200WROBH1ABA ensures fault-tolerant operation in harsh industrial environments (-20°C to +60°C), ideal for power generation, oil & gas, and industrial turbine applications requiring high-reliability discrete control and circuit protection.
