YOKOGAWA SDV541-S63/PRP S3 is a 16-channel isolated digital output module designed for Yokogawa ProSafe-RS SIS safety instrumented system and CENTUM VP DCS platform. This S63 version adopts G3 conformal coating to resist humidity, dust and corrosive gas in harsh industrial environments. The /PRP feature provides anti-misplug protection to prevent wrong module installation in incompatible slots. It outputs 24VDC transistor signals to drive field solenoid valves, relays and other on-site actuators, with SIL3 safety certification and built-in channel self-diagnosis. Front panel LED indicators display module running status and channel faults. As a safety-grade I/O spare module, it is available as fully-tested surplus and refurbished units for maintenance and retrofit of existing ProSafe-RS and CENTUM VP systems.
