The HESG324442R112/F, also designated 216VC62A, is a rack‑mounted high‑speed processor unit board developed by ABB for legacy power control and generator excitation systems. It adopts VME bus architecture and conformal coated PCB, equipped with embedded processor, onboard flash and RAM memory, B448C internal bus interface and relay logic output circuits. This module performs local high‑speed protection calculation, signal processing and logic interlock, and is widely used as spare replacement parts in aging ABB UNITROL excitation and power protection racks.
