Product Description
The FCP280‑RH924YA is a high‑performance, field‑mounted distributed fault‑tolerant control processor for Schneider EcoStruxure Foxboro I/A Series and Foxboro Evo DCS platforms. It adopts vent‑free die‑cast aluminum heat dissipation housing, rated for Class G3 harsh industrial environments. Equipped with 128MB SDRAM and 128MB flash memory, four built‑in HDLC fieldbus ports and 100Mbps fiber/copper MESH Ethernet interface, it can directly connect up to 128 FBM series fieldbus I/O modules without extra expansion boards. The unit supports 1+1 hot‑standby redundant configuration and online firmware upgrade, designed for long‑term continuous unattended operation in plant control cabinets.
