Product Description
51404125‑200 is a 7‑slot HPM file assembly backplane rack designed for Honeywell TDC3000 and Experion PKS UCN DCS systems. It provides mechanical installation and backplane bus interconnection for HPM processor cards, I/O link modules and communication interface boards. The backplane adopts gold‑plated signal connectors and conformal coating circuit design, with stable power distribution and high‑speed parallel bus channels. As the basic hardware carrier of the HPM control node, it supports 24‑hour continuous long‑term operation in industrial control cabinets and is widely used for spare‑part replacement and transformation of old Honeywell DCS equipment.

- Provide 7 card slots and backplane bus to realize mechanical fixing and signal interconnection of HPM series modules
- Distribute stable DC power supply to each plug‑in board inside the rack and filter power noise

Common Problems
- Individual module cannot be recognized after insertion: Gold‑finger oxidation of backplane connector, dust accumulation in the slot or mechanical loose contact.

- Bus communication error between internal cards: Backplane signal line corrosion caused by cabinet humidity, or damaged parallel bus traces.
