The Alstom 3EST125-975 (part code: DCC2382A) is a high-performance high-power drive control module, engineered for medium/high-voltage (MV/HV) drive regulation, traction power control, and heavy-duty industrial motor speed adjustment. As a key component of Alstom’s DCC series drive control platform, it integrates a high-speed 32-bit DSP processing core, precise power conversion logic, and multi-channel signal acquisition, supporting seamless integration with Alstom’s traction inverters, industrial HV drives, and power distribution systems. Housed in a rugged industrial enclosure with IP20 front protection, it operates in -40°C to +85°C extreme temperature ranges, with overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection circuits built-in, ensuring 24/7 reliable operation in harsh industrial and rail traction environments (e.g., rolling stock, steel mill drives, mining conveyors).
The 3EST125-975 DCC2382A features high-precision drive control with<1ms real-time control loop latency, supporting vector control (FOC), scalar control (V/F), and regenerative braking control modes for AC induction motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM). It is equipped with 16 high-speed digital inputs (24V DC, 10kHz sampling), 12 digital outputs (5A relay/transistor), 8 16-bit analog inputs (4-20mA/0-10V for current/voltage detection), and 4 analog outputs (4-20mA for drive setpoint adjustment). The module integrates dedicated current/voltage sampling channels with ±0.05% measurement accuracy, and built-in PWM signal generation (up to 20kHz) for direct drive of inverter IGBT/IGCT modules, with optical isolation for all high-voltage side signals to eliminate EMI interference.
