The TRICONEX AI2351 is a high-precision analog input (AI) module exclusively engineered for TRICONEX triple modular redundant (TMR) safety instrumented systems (SIS). Certified to SIL 3 (IEC 61508) and TÜV standards, this module is designed to reliably acquire and process analog process signals in the harshest industrial environments. It features 8 isolated analog input channels, supporting multiple signal types (4-20mA, 0-10V, thermocouple, RTD), with ultra-high measurement accuracy and robust anti-interference capabilities. Operating in a temperature range of -40°C to 70°C, it offers galvanic isolation, surge protection, and hot-swappable functionality, ensuring seamless integration with TRICONEX Tricon/Trident controllers and uninterrupted performance for mission-critical process safety applications.
