The HIMA F-CPU01 is the core safety CPU module of the HIQuad X series (H41X compact and H51X extended architectures), designed for HIMA HIQuad X Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). It adopts a 1oo2 dual-processor architecture for continuous data synchronization and cross-comparison, meeting IEC 61508 SIL 3, IEC 61511 SIL 3, and EN ISO 13849-1 PL e (Cat. 4) safety requirements. The module runs user safety programs, manages system bus communication, and integrates comprehensive self-diagnostic functions, making it suitable for critical industries such as oil & gas, chemical, and power generation, providing reliable safety control for emergency shutdown (ESD), interlock protection, and fire & gas (F&G) safety systems.
