Allen‑Bradley 1797-PS1E is a certified intrinsically safe power supply for the Rockwell 1797 FLEX Ex I/O system. It accepts wide-range 85–253 VAC input and delivers four independent, galvanically isolated intrinsically safe DC output channels. Each channel is energy-limited to meet ATEX and IECEx requirements for Zone 1 and Zone 22 hazardous locations, supplying power to FLEX Ex I/O modules and field instruments in explosive gas and dust environments. It features flameproof enclosure design and is widely used for hazardous area distributed I/O power feeding.
