Product Brief Description
Triconex TCM4351B (4351B) is a TMR triple modular redundant communication gateway module for Tricon SIS safety instrumented system. It is used to realize data exchange between Tricon main controller, engineering workstation, DCS/SCADA and field Modbus devices. It adopts hot-swappable rack installation, complies with SIL3 safety standard, and is widely used in ESD, F&G, BMS and HIPPS safety systems.

- Interface: 2×10/100Base-T RJ45 Ethernet ports + 4×DB9 serial ports (configurable RS232 / RS485)
- Supported protocols: Modbus RTU/TCP master/slave, TSAA, TriStation, SNTP, peer-to-peer UDP communication
- 500VDC galvanic isolation between ports, effectively suppress external interference
- TMR triple redundant design, continuous self-diagnosis, hot swap without system shutdown
- Support time synchronization, data upload to HMI/DCS, and download of safety logic
- Auxiliary power supply 24VDC, compatible with Tricon v9.6, v10, v11 versions
- Configuration software: TriStation 1131 for communication parameter setting and diagnosis
