Brief Product Description

Triconex 3101S2 (Schneider Electric) is the main processor module for Triconex Trident / Tri-GP Safety Instrumented System (SIS). It adopts TMR Triple Modular Redundant three-parallel processor architecture with hardware 2oo3 voting, certified SIL3 per IEC61508. This CPU executes safety logic, manages backplane I/O communication, system self-diagnostics and safety interlock control for ESD, BMS, HIPPS critical safety loops. Programmed by TriStation 1131 software, supports Modbus, HART and Foundation Fieldbus communication. This legacy safety processor is end-of-life, only surplus and fully refurbished tested spare modules available for existing Triconex Trident SIS maintenance and replacement.
