The HIMA X-CPU 01 is a high-performance safety CPU module for the HIMA HIMax safety system, certified for SIL 3 safety applications. It adopts 1oo2 dual synchronous processor architecture with continuous self-testing and hardware comparator to ensure safety integrity. Equipped with four RJ45 Ethernet ports, it supports large-scale safety control and high-demanding critical process applications. It supports hot-swap operation and XMR fault-tolerant redundancy modes, widely used for emergency shutdown, fire & gas, turbomachinery protection. This module is supplied as new surplus or fully tested refurbished spare parts for process safety system retrofit and maintenance projects.
